I really like it. It was slow to get going but it is getting better with better weapons, bigger baddies etc. I'll do admit like the previous poster that it is flawed. Definitely not a perfect game. Doesn't make it a damn good one though =p

My friend lost his fast regen shield for no reason. Joined a friends game and it was gone. Some achivments dont unlock either.

Character customization is a little lacking for an RPG. Some of the difficulty scaling is a little awkward. Some stuff is just a mindless grind, other stuff you'll die several times trying to survive (and early in the game too). Not really a lot of 'abilities' to choose from. No way to trade items with your party. You have to throw the item on the ground and they pick it up. Bland story and not a lot of character interaction/personality. The vehicles are kind of poor too. There's not a lot of physics in how they drive, and you can choose to have a machine gun turret or a rocket launcher in your vehicle, and they both do pathetic damage.

I'm adding framerate problems as well, has anyone gotten it, the PS3 version has it several of times.

The solid shooting, variety of enemies and weapons, great looking graphics and rewarding rpg elements out-wheigh the negatives. The story isn't too deep, it has no multiplayer trade window. Some people think the rpg elements could be deeper, but I think they're good. The game is fun and addictive and it has a lot of replay value. It's does exactly what the devs said it would do - it's a combination of Halo and Diablo with a Mad Max/sci-fi setting. It's easily one of my favorite games for the 360; it's my GOTY.

I was just wondering, I didn't know the 360 version didn't have those issues since IGN said so, to be fair, no one brought those issuses up here while some did on the PS3 forum. Oh well, it's still playable and fun and is also one of my faovrite games in 2009.

You cant say its broken just because the general population hasnt hit 25 yet Why can't I find at least one game over the level 19? I have made two characters so far and both of them are level 25ish. I literally sit there refreshing it for around thirty minutes. Even when I was level 12 I could only find games with level 8 max.. What's up with that? It seems like after at least 20+hours into the game I would see ONE game with characters over the level 19. I believe the only time I see higher level characters is when they're in Firestone but only when I don't select a character. It also has all of the levels jumbled up.. That sounds like it's messed up to me at least.

i dunno, i prefer just having two people. Simply because its so much easier to control drops, with three randoms i think it would become every person for themselves; people would take all the ammo and good weps.
So far people have been great. I have been given plenty of stuff for free and I give stuff to people for free as well. I haven't had any problems with the community so far and the majority of people have headsets. It has a very mature community right now and I hope it stays that way.

no, apparently the 360 version has frame-rate issues during big fights (a lot of enemies on screen) as well too.
I'm level 35 Siren and am about to enter the vault (all other side missions in Arid Badlands and New Haven completed. I have achievement for proof lol).
Loved the game so far. Only problem I've had is the lack of more side missions. kinda wanted more with more bosses. Oh well it still is a great game.
Only technical problems I've seen where invisible players in co-op, walking through walls/objects and frame drops [spoiler] Especially in the Crimson Lance Enclave towards the end. [/spoiler] But these are hardly an issue for such an awesome game. Highly recommended. :D
The game is fun, simply put. It feels like a great fps and the leveling up keeps you coming back for hours..aswell as the idea of all the weapons and well we all know we have to find the best one! Im a lvl 30 hunter..i have a sniper with 330 dmg 91 accuracy, holds 9 rounds in mag and 1.4 fire rate i believe.. i cannot seem to find any of the "hyperion" weapons..spell check
Well i know that its an Amazing game but i don't think i will get it now, cuz iam pretty busy with playing Mass Effect and iam gonna get Forza 3 tommorow cuz its pre released here in Mid East, so i will probably get Borderlands when its 25$.
