Borderlands bounty boards help

I cant find the middle of nowhere bounty board or the luckys bounty board but the claptrap keeps telling me there are new missions at both. Can you guys help me?

I do but I do not see the exclamtion point on the map for the bounty boards these are the last things I have to do for my last two achievements

If i remember right Lucky's bounty board is on the back side of the of fast travel point, just outside where Lucky is always sitting on the can.

Here's a pretty good map of the whole area. Maybe that'll help.
