Hey guys I am new to the forum and basically created this account to pose one question. I apologize if my formatting is wrong please advise.me if it is. I am an internetless gamer but I loved Borderlands. I played it out and did everything and would love to get all the Dlc. I thought the Goty edition would come with Dlc discs like fallout 3 did. But after looking around it seems like it is pretty split. Some places say they released it with discs and others say it only came with coupons. I was wondering if anyone could shed further light on the situation. Id love to get the doc but don't want to waste my money. Thanks in advance for any and all responses.

Does that mean that there may still be Dlc discs floating around? Its just that vouchers do me no good so I don't wanna throw money down the drain.

Pretty sure it was only released with vouchers. Fallout 3's inclusion of a DLC disc is a good move for consumers (as you can sell or transfer it easily) but a poor one for the developers/publishers. I expect we'll never see something like it again, unfortunately.

There are GOTY editions that have 2 discs. Be sure to read the back of the game case, it'll say "Required hard drive space: 4.5 gig". If it says XBox Live required, that's the one with the voucher. Thats what you don't want.

I have one with two discs. I'm pretty sure it actually began with vouchers at first but people complained so the rest of the batches were discs.

Damn it, that's what I get for buying that **bleep** on release. Oh well.

This is correct. The DLC on a disk came much later and was released fairly recently. To OP: The box will say voucher on the cover if you need to download the DLC, otherwise it should say something like disc included

The DLC will come on a extra Disc, which you can install.

Then they must have changed it... my copy bought at Christmas came with a cunch of DLC codes.
