There are already rumors of another new class (making 6) in the dlc and that the first dlc pack could be up to 10 hours long. Rumors yes, but still. If the first game's dlc is any indication they will all be awesome. And we know there won't be a Moxxi-like dlc for Borderlands 2.
[QUOTE="MonsieurX"]Do you intend to buy BL2 DLC? Yes --> get the pass No --> don't Problem solved!TTDog
However if one of the 4 lots of DLC is pants and not worth the bother (Hello Moxxi's Underdome) then you're not going to get any benefit from the saving.
Or how does one even know they will be playing B2 by June 2013? For the first game I was on board until "General Knoxx", but then I lost interest and never even purchased "Clap Trap", so for me a season pass would not be worth it. I bought the L.A. Noire season pass and lost interest after I finished the main game, so to me it's just a money grab to catch you while you are in the "Honeymoon" phase of the game.
But to someone who will be playing EVERYTHING that game has to offer, then yeah, it's a good deal.

If the game is good enough you'll go back to it months after you've played the game for DLC... I went back to Skyrim for Dawnguard, and back to ME3 for Leviathan... I rebought Borderlands to get all the DLC and Dragon Age for the Ultimate Edition.
I find it easier to go back when all teh DLC is out as it can often double the size of the game, Awakenings for Dragon Age added 20 hours to the game.

Exactly. I bought the GOTY for Borderlands 1, and Moxxi's underdome was a complete was of time. No story or missions, just grinding to finish. I played it once and then never wasted my time. I have passed on the season pass so far. I'm sure MOST of the DLC will be great, but can't I buy the pass later anyway?
