ive been thinkin of buyin this game for a while now and everytime when im about to buy it, they release a new dlc for it...

so should i wait for the GOTY edition or get it now cos its that good

Um, I suppose you could wait. It's a fun game nonetheless. But I hear the DLC isn't really worth it. However, I do have the Zombie Island DLC. It's SUPER fun! But I heard the Underdome DLC was crappy. I guess it's all on you, man.

i do believe it won the title from a couple places, i dont think its gonna get a GOTY edition the chances are very slim to none, tho i would love to eat those words as i love the game and anythin that can sell more copies of it and get it better known by the gamerpublic is a plus to me i wouldnt hold my breath on a GOTY, tho it wouldnt hurt to wait for a price drop, besides theres always things like the toys r us buy 2 get 1 free sale in october where you could get it along with some other games, maybe by then a drop would happen

I really want a GOTY edition, didin't get the downloads either. I'm still hoping maybe they will release. But in your case, i think you should get the original, grab a friend to play along and it's one of the best co-op out there. So much fun, it's on my last year favorite game list.

Buy it. Its awesome. The Zombie Island DLC is good but its not great. Mad Moxxi sucks big time. The next DLC has a level cap boost so that will be good. Im pretty sure it will get a GOTY Edition like many other games that werent game of the year. You might want to wait but i say buy it cos only the next DLC will be worth it.

Hello, I waited a while to buy it as well as i wasn't sure if It was going to be for me. I eventually did, and found it a very enjoyable game. I kind of got sucked in a bit leveling characters ect... I would look at different prices though, probably amazon? that's if you haven't bought it yet :)

It really doesn't matter. There hasn't been a game of the year edition announced so we don't know any better than you weather you should wait or not. Just decide for yourself.

I've played through Borderlands, great game but terrible ending. Overall you'll have a few good hours with the game playthroughs & endless weapon choices.

I was playing through on my computer but single player is SO boring as its meant to be a co op game and you really feel that while playing by yourself. However multiplayer doesnt work on pc for some reason (I heard its a bug) and I had tried many solutions that didnt work. I sold my pc version and am just wondering if its all worth it to rebuy to play co op on my 360. Honestly I think I will give it a miss. But it was an okay game really. Im sure youd love it. However Ive also heard co op sort of sucks if your with the wrong people cos they will just run off and leave you to get attacked by Skags lol. Sorry to be such a pessimist, its just my experience :P
