Me, being my clumsy self, dropped my 360 controller (again) and the right bumper is broken. It still works, but there is no click so it only works about half the time. I was wondering what I should do? Can I send it into microsoft saying it was defective?

Wash your greasy hands and then you won't drop your controller...

I don't know how they handle controllers. You might want to call them about that. But, you're better off just getting a new controller.

I figure if I just Buy a new one, put the old one in the package and say it was defective.

Geez, scandalous. It's all good. I once traded in a defective PS2 to a gamestop and they didn't catch it. Got almost $100 for it at the time.

its proably just popped a spring out of place or something Open is up and check whats broken or dislodged itself and deal with or replace it...job done Like on my old snes pad the buttons werent working anymore, i opened it, replaced the rubber contact pads, job done :)
