RROD? Just send it to MS for free repairs
I wouldn't expect a store would want to buy a broken 360, though you can sell them easily on ebay listed as broken, as people want all the stuff that comes with them, such as power bricks, video cables, controllers. Some even will open them up and try to repair it, or take useful bits like the DVD drive and put it in another 360
