well.. there is one blonde hair bully in a white shirt u can make out with..usually hangs by the school bus and parking lot. and the freshman achievment is beating chapter 1 ..not buyin all the clothing....
yeah, there's one guy who lives in the dorm you can kiss. if i'm correct though, there's one guy in each group who you can kiss. when you pass him he'll usually say something like "you look good today jimmy" or something, and then you lock in an press A once or twice, and then you're able to give him flowers and then you can kiss him. what i did was just gave him the 1 flowers and then kissed him 20 times so i wouldn't have to keep finding them.

You can't buy all the clothing until the end of the game. Clothing gets added to stores as the game goes along I think. Also, did you buy the clothing from the store at the school? There is a store, I think on the first level in the main building you take classes in.
