Man, BULLY brings back some fond memories of my childhood...I just picked it up last night for the 360, and I have to say I'm very impressed. The graphics have been vastly improved from the PS2 version and they have added a good amount of extra content. I have never played the game before, I've only seen it played, and I have to say the game is a blast. The game seems pretty big from the world map that comes in the box. The story mode is hilarious, with tons of mini games and Rockstar quality humor. Also, knocking punk a$$ kids the f*** out is rather enjoyable. The multiplayer games are fun, too. That was a completely unexpected addition to the game. My buddy and me had a blast with the MP mode. I was unsure if I wanted this or MLB 2K8, and I have to say I'm very pleased with my decision to go with BULLY. Actually, I'm sitting here at work and all I can think about is throwing firecrackers in fool's faces and giving nerds wedgies...GOOD TIMES!
I had it on the PS2 and thought it was great, but I traded it in and never finished it, so I'm probably going to pick up another copy for the 360 when it's released in the UK on Friday.
Nevertheless, I remember thinking that the script was hilarious and the music perfect for the mood of the game. I thought it was a bit too easy though. But it should keep me going until the release of the almighty Grand Theft Auto IV:)
I can't believe I listened to people on Gamespot and actually rented this crap game.

why is that? i mean i was about to get it today after reading the review from ign but i was like nah i'll just wait till more reviews come out. reading on this forum again and i'm convinced but comments like those, while the fewest, strike some doubts.

No matter how good a game is put together there will always be some people that won't like it, usually because it's just not a style they like. I never got this on the PS2 but will definitely get it for the 360.

Nice! Yeah, I had the PS2 version and I only played it for about a week, then sold my PS2 and games, Bully included. I've really been wanting to get this game, so I can finally finish it! I like that you can leave the school at night and run around the town vandalizing stuff, you know breaking curfew! I believe you can even steal bikes and stuff. It really is a great game!

:lol: I was thinking the same thing. Why is it that no matter what question you ask, or if you ask for anyone's opinion, there's always someone that seems to think that we don't have the right to ask for anyone else's opinion, like it's some kind of crime?
