Bully: Sch. Ed.-- Black Ninja costume??

How do I get the black ninja costume? I'm trying to complete all tasks and outfits.

I am at 99.14% complete in Endless Summer, and have not yet run across the Black Ninja outfit.

I have the red and green... So please if anyone knows, Help me!

Since you appparently have completed this task... How can I photograph Trevor if I already finished the main missions? Furthermore, who the hell is Juri?
