It's not fake, the TC just misrepresented himself. The guys at Team Ninja enjoyed Halo so much, they decided to add this female Spartan in DOA 4. Hence the reason why Halo 3 has Team Ninja's Ninja Gaiden Hayabusa armor in multiplayer.
