Just use your smoke grenades a lot. Also I'm not sure how many others had it happen but I had to beat the level 5+ times because it wouldn't finish at the end.
I tried getting through this level with only the M2 Flamethrower on Veteran, but it just wasn't possible. There's just too many enemies that spawn at about the halfway mark. Just use smokes, run and blindfire and hide in any spot if you take damage then repeat and hope for a checkpoint. It gets hard so you have to rely a little on luck to get through.

it didnt take me that many tried to beat the level although it was definatly one of the hard ones in the game. but yeah the guys are right use the smokes and search the caves to replenish your smokes when you get low. definatly dont move forward without eliminating EVERYONE in your path. and keep an eye out for the trees, youll get sniped quick if you dont keep your eyes open
This level was kinda frustrating, just use a lot of smokes, hug the walls and blindfire through the smoke. It gets annoying but it isn't to hard in the long run.
This is one of the games I would never go back to get a 1000 on if something happened to my profile. They must stop this absurd invisible line you must cross to get the enemy's to stop re-spawning and the never ending grenades are crazy too. If you are frustrated now wait until later, on one level you will have to plant explosives on flake cannons all by yourself, in the middle of a huge shoot out, with very little cover and one of them has none:evil:
Take your time and always look out for spots where you can shoot enemy's but they cant hit you, there is a good one one that very level but its after the first cannon. Look on Youtube, Im sure there probably is helpful vids of how others have passed tough spots.
I am glad that IW has heard the cry of us gamers and no more invisible line to cross or the enemy's wont go away and they said they wont have they forever-nades either.:D

yeah that nade spamming sucks the butt. anyone who can think up a way to counter someones progress with that type of tactic can be nothing more than sub-human
