Yes, Burnout actually has quite a lot of people still playing on XBL (at least most nights). I usually limit my results to English only searches and I still have no trouble finding games.
Do you think it's worth getting JUST for the Online? I had it for the PS2 and always thought it would be awesome online, but I'm not sure if it's worth buying again. I may just wait for Burnout 5 but that could be a while.

Buy this one it's like the hottest 30 dollar game there is beside viva pinata.
I usually play 2 or 3 nights a week and there is no problem playing online in races or crashes. I think it's nice to see that so many still play this game online.

It's definitely worth getting, even if it's only for the online portion. This game is incredibly fun on Xbox Live. And if you have an HDTV, you get the added bonus of better graphics.
