Buying a bigger Hard Drive

so, I'd like to buy a bigger hard drive, the ones that come with the Elite version of the console, but I was asking myself, what happens to the data on my old 20gig hard drive? is there a way to transfer the data or no?

yes u need to call ms up for the data transfer cable and cd. u put the cd in and connect the 2 hdds and it tranfers all data (cable is free)

You can buy a transfer cable. It should be by the 360 things in the store.

if u are buying the 120GB HDD it has the cable and CD, so u can tranfer the stuff from ur 20GB over to ur new HDD.

I was under the impression it was. It isn't included if you buy an elite when you already have another console because Microsoft aren't expecting people to buy another console but I am sure the cable is packed into the HDD when its bought on its own.
