Call of Duty 4 AK-47 perks

I was wondering what are good perks with the AK-47 in call of duty 4.

right now i have x3 frags, double tap, and steady aim. are these good?

Seems alright. x3 frags doesn't effect your gun, but the Perk 1 doesn't effect any weapon really unless you choose "Bandolier" for extra ammo. Honestly I don't even like the AK47, it's too inaccurate even in closer quarters where it gets beat out by a submachingun all the time.

My personal favorite load (which I call my Ninja class) out is a P90 w/ Red dot sight, Desert Eagle w/ x3 frag, Stopping Power and Steady Aim. It's extremely fast (maxes out mobility), powerful, and perfect for run-n-gun which is a perfect for dodging all the lame cheap martydom users out there too.

So I guess i should use stopping power no matter what.

Agreed. I just started using the AK47 to try and complete the challenges for it and so far I'm disappointed with it's performance.

AK-47 w/ silencer

side arm- 1911 silenced

perk 1- bandolier

perk 2- stopping power/ uav jammer (if you get good enough with the gun SP doesn't really matter)

perk 3- extreme conditioning

grenade launcher

stopping power

steady aim

I prefer the iron sights over the RDS for the AK. And with the "noob tube" I can get plenty of extra kills. It's pretty much the main class I use in COD4.

I keep it real with my AK-47 with an RPG , Double tap and extreme conditioning

AK47 is the one gun u want to use with a silencer!! it decreases recoil from the gun which is amazing!! x3 frag, stoping power, and deep bullet penetration.

i prefer the Ak-47 without attachment.Also bandolier,stopping power and steady aim.

no bragging but ever since I used this setup I started to own in COD 4 that I stopped playing coz it was boring

I shoot through walls!! Even if your enemies thought they escaped and got a cover in a wall or something. I just shoot throught it.

finally, i fellow dead silence user. honestly, i find that to be the best perk in the game, especially if you have a surround sound system. once you get used to using it, you can pretty much pinpoint almost exactly where people are if theyre close to you or coming at you. and its easy to pick out enemies because your not making any sound when you move, so when you hear movement, youknow someone is close by.its like having a uav at all times.

yeah but it also makes it do less damage and hurts the range. the recoil on the AK really isnt that bad once you get used to it. its better to fire in bursts as well.
