Call of duty 4 intel achievements problem!!!!

Hey, while i was using a color cheat i picked up the last intel for the achievements and well... i didnt get any achievements because i was using a cheat and i try to delete my game but the 30 intel are still there so is there a way to restart the game plz help me :question: :(

This has been a problem in the game since launch. At first, there was going to be a patch to fix it but I never heard if it came out. Since it's still happening, I guess not. To the best of my knowledge, for you there is no way to get that achievement then.
