Ok this is truly amazing. Some guy traveled to Chernobyl and took pictures of ranodm settings and stuff. If you've played COD4 single player, these pictures may look disturbingly familiar.

Insane... Truthfully, I never knew that Chernobyl was the most radioactive site on earth O_o. I knew it was amongst the top ten.

Linkified! It would be better if some screenshots from the game were in the video.

Just another example of how awesome of a job the developers did with this game! A big hats off to the devs at Infinity Ward.

That was probably the most memorable part of the entire game for me. Sneaking through Chernobyl on an assassination mission was a thing of beauty. Bravo Infinite Ward!

Wow that is insane. What exactly happened in that place in real life anyway? Sorry but I haven't the slightest idea.

The ferris wheel is actually a Chernobyl trademark. Just look at STALKER.

A nuclear reactor in Russia had a massive meltdown and killed thousands of people. Nuclear energy has been looked upon in a negative way ever since, but has been making a comeback lately because of energy concerns.

Not a spoiler in any way! If anything, it will give you a greater appreciation for the game!

u know u can go to Pipyat, the town outside Cheronobyl nuclear facility, and walk around there, people actually still live there like farmers who refused to leave and scientists who study the area. all u do is contact the Ukraine government and they setup pretty much a tour for u but u have to sign a whole bunch of stuff saying u know the risks, there are some areas that are still highly radiated like the facility but most of it is no longer lethal

I don't think I would go someplace with risks of radiation.
