Huh? How is a game such as Call of Duty: World at War any more unrealistic than Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare?

I understand that but what, in your opinion, makes Call of Duty: World at War more unrealistic than Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

Call of Duty: World at War hands down. Modern Warfare (abbreviated MW, not MWF) was an awesome game when I first played it, but it got quite boring, and I eventually stopped playing it. I'm not saying that I'll never get tired of World at War, it's just I'm really engaged in it right now.

Oh, and they're both realistic in some way. Sure, some of those battles may have never really happened, but it's set in something that really happened.

What the heck are you talking about? ALL the stuff in COD4 didn't take place. Do you go to school? Are you old enough yet? Have you ever learned anything about WW II other than it's was "an old war" and "boring"? If you don't like COD WAW then fine... just stop posting such mentally challenged replies please.

the things that went on in waw or at least most of the things were real. none of the things in mw actually happened. and if some of you are talking about gameplay you would still be wrong because it only takes a few bullets to kill an opponent and the graphics are decent to.

When this post is translated it means: 'My good sir, the maps in WaW are by far the more superior, The fact that they are riddled with glitches and exploits strikes my fancy and if I do say so myself the asymmetrical design and poorly places crunch points make for a jolly good show.'

I just beat it on coop with my roommate today, it only rook like 2.5-3 hours but it was fun, was just dissapointed didnt get any Achievements during it. I havent played it online because i only have the verizon internet in my dorm. But i thought it was one of the best WWII games ive played next to Original Medal of Honor for PS1. Battles were epic and this was the first CoD with Blood, I may be mistaken but I enjoyed it made it more realistic.

Nice post and good point. I felt that way during the story as well. I very much enjoyed fighting alongside Reznov.

lol. I like the world at war maps, don't get me wrong. But as it stands, some of it feels poorly designed. Too many places should offer cover that isn't there. Too many wide open places don't have enough places looking at them, It is like the maps are close, but missing just enough to them to make some things that would have been amazing impossible.

WaW i much preffered the story i mean i honestly felt remorse when CHERNOV died and REZNOV is my choice for character of the year he emotionally invested me.... IMO keifer sutherland's presence in that game was an epic fail

Chances are the people who love this game are the dumb glitchers that plague that retarded, cheap remake of COD4

letsgetit3
Yes...because we have to be slow to like a game. Changes are you using the word Retarded shows that your too young to be playing these games in the first place. or just extremly immature.

I loved Call of Duty: World at War. In fact I like it better than Modern Warfare. In my opinion, I love the WWII themes and it was pretty exciting to play.
