Calling all Halo 2 Players!! -Bungie Day Related- Free Maps-

Today is Bungie day and it is extremely special because it is 7-7-07. Now you may have seen free content on the marketplace from Bungie, but i wanted to let you know about this before today is up. The New(ish) Halo 2 maps which are Hang Em High (Toombstone) and that other map ARE FREE. Yes they are free and only for today (or so by my reasoning). So if you play Halo 2 or just feel like getting the new maps (and not spending money) they go download them right now!

I still wouldn't chance it because they did actually say once today is up all the content is gone. Might as well download it..... even if it is permanent. Plus if they are permamenent then atleast i fell nice for letting people now they did become free forever.

And all I thought the free stuff was, was the friggin theme and pics.

You must get them through the game of Halo 2 and you must be a gold member to play xbox 1 games online (meaning you have to have a gold membership to acess the maps), atleast that is what i think. So if you don't have gold... go find a 48 hour trial which comes in all new xbox live enabled (gameplay enabled) games.Agent_Kaliaver

Its better to know the day they become free then when Halo 3 is released (since Bungie hasn't made a huge announcement if any about them being free).

Oh i rarely play it, but it is the only game me and my brother both have so it is the only game we can play for Xbox Live (untill Halo 3 comes out).... so you know thought mabye if he got on we could play thsoe maps.
