Can anyone else figure out how to change themes?

So, I got the new dashboard update today, and after thoroughly sifting through all the options, I can't find the option to change my theme. Anyone else?

Oh yeah, just heard about this update, suppose to add more worthless clutter. Well except them finally adding Internet Explorer... now if they could dump that junky Bing and add a better search engine.mrgab

Bing does suck, but I'm pretty sure that's still there.

I do not like the layout of the dashboard now any more than I did with the last major update. And what bothers me the most is that little 'white cloud' at the bottom of the screen that hides some of the theme wallpaper. Why is that still there, it serves no purpose other than to look terrible...

Thing is, I knew how to do it before, but the new dashboard update removes the social tab...so I'm stuck. And to the person who said he heard all the update does is add more clutter, you're right. Theres even more advertisements now, and the layout is pretty annoying.
