That is kind of funny that some one that has not gotten it themselves is giving advise on how to get it.

took me roughly 70 tries...a lot i could tell if that run was going to suck if i couldnt knife the dude usin' the loo first...
haha and on the 8th try, i got to the terrorist, and headshotted the victim squae in the face..it was priceless cuz i got so nervous all of a sudden and my finger twitched xD-Sio-

On veteran I'm pretty sure you can't shoot him in the foot...I'm not sure because I got a headshot on normal and a headshot on veteran. I have all 1000 points in cod4, and this achievement was by far the hardest. It took 2 non stop hours of playing to get it.

Oh I did not know that. I have shot him in the feet on normal so I thought it would work on all difficulties.

nah the achievement is all about memorizing patterns and doing the level piece by piece. once you do the first wave of enemies, learn the second, and so forth. your timing will improve and you will be able to get to the upper level with plenty of time to get the achievement. i made plenty of mistakes and still got the achievement.

yeah it was the hardest level i have ever facedd. One guy is right, you need the p90 that has 50 and use your flash bangs and run through the bastersed and let you team pick them off. It took me 3 days of 4 to 5 hour sessions to be that dam level on vetrean. Its amazing to me that some people could finsih it quiker though. Although i would have done it if i could have got saving the hostage right on the first day i made it that far by luck, cause it took me a whole nother day to get that far .01% of the time... I think I need to go see a doctor cause i have Post Tramatic Stress Syndrom ffrom that dam level...Trinitarian

wow that sounds horrible. i got the achievement in about 1 hour and i didn't use the p90. i made it through in 15 minutes the first time but i shot the dang hostage in the head:roll: took me 45 more minutes to get to him again.

it took me a while but I was able to beat it.

remember though, unlike the other difficulties, you have to shoot the last guy in the head.....

You'll start over if you shoot him anywhere else...

the best thing to do is flashbang,shoot and take cover......yeah I can't really explain it :P

You've just got to memorize the level well, so that you know how the enemies are going to be coming at you and where the best places to hide and reload are.

Also flashbang's are you're best friend.

Took me like 2 days to beat the level. I would play it for couple of min, pull my air out, then go back to it 2 hours later. But I had finally gotten it. :D Adn after that took the game out and never played it again.

Anyways..the best thing you can do, and this actually helped me. Once you killed the guys in the first room quickly pick up a P90, it hold more bullets in each magazine, and has a faster reload, beleive it or not. The other thing is dont worry about many of the bad guys, your dudes will clean them up. So basically play the level like so many times that you essentially memorize how your guys move and you can move your self with that, in the end you probably only going to reload your gun twice. If that doesnt help, there is always youtube, and watch how people there did it. Good Luck

Well I got it and I have to say flash gernades are your friends but I really can't help you by explaining. After I beat the Mile High Club I checked for an easier way to doing and found a video on G4. Go to this link and do excatly what they say and your good to go. (I was able to beat my own time with this video):

like 'sio' said, it's mostly luck and memorization. You also have to be EXTREMELY accurate with headshots and your flashbangs. I got it, but only after lots of irritating tries. I have it, check my gamercard if you really care. Also, you can't dink around, kill the tango and keep moving.

At the beginning, don't knife the guy in the bathroom, wait for him to walk out, kill him and the two tangos down the hall. That should save you some trouble right there. you need a routine.

It took me about a half hour to beat you have to keep moving never stop your team will do a lot of the work.

No actually your wrong. Topic creator ask if "anyone here complete mile high club?" and I said yes because I did pass it. But I didn't know that he was talking about veteran difficulty, because he didn't say anything about it. So actually you were wrong at the very begginning.

It took me about 30 tries before I realized that if I just flash and charge like an idiot my guys pretty much kill everything. Then it took me about 10 more tries to get it right. I heard there were flashbangs to be found at one part, which would have made it much easier for me if I had known at the time.
