Can anyone recommend a good HDTV around 23"-26" for a cheaper price???

I really want an HDTV for my room, can anyone recommend an HDTV that size at 400 dollars or under???

Try looking at a 22" pc monitor and VGA cable instead. People are giving away CRT monitors of this size to replace them with flat screens.
