Can i download COD WAW to 360 hard drive?

usually the way to do it pushing y for game info but it doesnt let me do that. can i not download it to my HD?

I'm pretty sure you can download all games to the harddrive, unless you dont have enough space.

Crackdown is the one exception to this, that I know of. It really sucks too. World at War should be able to download to the HD.
