Most. Gears and Oblivion are the only ones that I can think of that didn't get one. Also, you can only have about 10-15 at a time due to space limitations.
Not every game has a demo. You can download them all if you buy a couple more hard drives. Demos are very large with many of them 1 gb or more. They won't all fit on your hard drive at once.
