Can I still get the old RB DLCs?

Can I still get old DLCs for the first Rock Band? I was thinking of picking it up, but only because I wanted to play The Who Greatest Hits pack, the Metallica pack and the Disturbed pack. Also, obviously because I like the main setlist. Can I still get the old DLCs?

Well all Rock Band DLCs are compatible with Rock Band 2. They still have enerything on their I believe.
