Can i still pick up a Halo 3 marked copy of Crackdown and get into the beta?

I've heard some people say that only the marked copies have the beta, but I rented a copy today that wasn't marked and it has the beta download option in the main menu so it looks like I'm good to go tomorrow.

And Crackdown has sold very well.  Dont know where you heard that it hasn't been selling...

The marked box had a Sticker on the plastic wrap which you tear off and throw away, its not actually printed on the box.

It's like 8 bucks and you can keep it for a week - BUT because of their return policy it's actually like 2 weeks with a small $2 late fee. :-)
