No, if you want HDMI you need an Elite. That's why they made it.

It depends - if you bought your Premium within the last 2 or 3 weeks it is probably one of the new versions that has HDMI included. If your Premium is older than 3 weeks or so - then no there is no solution to get digital HDMI from it.

Elite is no longer the only HDMI 360. The newer premiums have HDMI too. DOn't know if it includes an HDMI cable like the Elite.

the newer premium's don't come with an hdmi cable, just get one online for $10 rather than spending $30-$100 on those "official/retail" brands. Oh and the way you can tell if it has a hdmi port on those new premiums is by looking at the side of the box it has hdmi port listed...

I didn't buy a 360 the last few weeks, but I got a new one from MS as my first died. I doubt it will have anything better than my previous though.

You don't need HDMI for 1080p. Component and VGA cables are 1080p compatible as well.

All HDMI does is free up component inputs and it only has one input on the TV compared to 5

Finding a 360 premium with HDMI is no easy task right now however, especially if you live north of the boarder.

You'r tv allso needs to have 1080p. My tv only has up to 720p. So i could care less about the cable.

you only really need if you have the HDdvd player and want it in 1080p (although 1080i looks fine) and of course if your watching dvd's on your 360 and want it to upscale...
