can microosoft and nintendo make a deal to bring mario as an arcade game ?

if mario becomes an arcade game for the xbox 360

instant $$$$$$$ for microsoft and nintendo

but it can only be a arcade game since if a mario game occurs

the wii will shame the 360 since it doesnt have the moving control thingie that the wii has

on the 360 it'll have better graphics but wii will have better gameplay so theres no point

It doesn't make any sense from a business standpoint for Nintendo. They have their own Virtual Console service for the Wii which will eventually get the original Mario games, but they'd be losing a lot more than they gained. It's their flagship franchise and there's no reason to give the licensing to anybody else, especially one of their direct market competitors.
