can not download game demos or anything that is above T rateing

Ican not download game demos or anything that is above T rating.I do have family settings but ienabled the thing that said download from marketplace. what do i do. Thanks!

Is your age set to under 18?, because if it is it can't download M rated stuff. Same thing happend to me, and as far as I know you can't switch your age on the xbox, once it's set it's iron.
