Ok this sounds lame but comeon, I'm in need, I need to find a game that will have a lot of replayability and will be fun again and again, please note that I will be playing Rock Band with my buddies, I need a game that I can play after everyone leaves and i got a caffine buzz going on, I want either a shooter or something Like Assassin's Creed, but people have been saying it have no replayability

saints row is fun to play with a buzz. i think thats the game for you when you want to mess around while buzzed. you can even drink beer in the game, lol
Great Suggetions, but I kinda don't want a shooter or an RPG, ya know? is there any game out there that you can think of, I was also researching Mass Effect and thought it might be cool
If you want the most hours out of a game, oblivion is your game. Notice how most games are 30 or less hours? Oblivion is sort of like an MMORPG where you can spend hundreds, maybe thousands, and will last years, not days.
I dont understand why you say that you don't want COD4? Its amazing, if you don't like it.. well then you dont like FPS.
On the flip side ME and Forza 2 are great if you want something with replay value. And I'll second the Oblivion recommedation.

That's a bit going to the extreme saying you don't like FPS games if you dont like COD4. I like some FPS games and I can't stand cod4 or any other military FPS games.
