Yes, there seems to be a problem with your disc tray if the console is doing the same thing for all your games. If it is only for Vegas then you have a scratched disc.

My 360 actually experienced an similar problem last week, but in my situation when I'd insert the disk it would make a loud screeching sound as if it was chewing up the disk (then i'd get the message "Unreadable Disk"). I'd take the disk out and everything looked fine..I put the game back in and it does the same thing again. So I started to go through the warranty process until I found out that it now takes 4-6 weeks before your get your 360 back, (I canceled the idea of sending it in to Microsoft due to the LONG wait time). Long story short, I opened my 360 and found the problem to be inside the DVD-ROM drive. The metal round magnet in the center where you place the disk had broken off (most CD players have the metal magnets in the center as well, it's easily identifiable)..so I crazy glued it back down to it's original area and all works well now:) Haven't had an issue since then..these 360's have so many issues it just blows my mind!!
call the repair number 18004MYXBOX, and talk to a repair agent. tell them you're really upset, and this is BS,this always happens, and you wanna complain to M$. Do a little acting, and you can get the price knocked down to 75 bucks, like i did. It only took 3 weeks for me to get my console back, but they sent me a new one, a new one that had a hardware failure (3 red lights) 2 minutes after i plugged it in. it's too late now though, if you call them today, it'll take 3-4 days for the box to arrive, then 10-14 days for the repair to be shipped out again, then another 3 or 4 days shipping, so you'll miss the halo 3 release. My heart goes out to you buddy, but that's all i can do to help. good luck you spell like a 4 year-old, maybe you should save that money for ENGLISH LESSONS

But now it's not cool to watch wrestling no matter how old you are. you should sell those tickets, I don't know how much they're worth, and go to A FOOTBALL GAME.

Yes i had to open my whole 360, that's the only way to get to the disk tray internally. It was a very easy process..but if I were you i'd just send it in to Microsoft...cuz it doesn't sound like you'd know what to exactly do.
