...assign your xbox 360 gamertag to a different e-mail address coz mine is assigned to my old email and i want it assigned to my new one for when the new live messenger update comes out.

You can. I think it's somewhere in you're profile and Xbox Live account. I think I saw it somewhere on the Xbox Live account renewal or something similar. You should check it out. Or check xbox.com

Otherwise, you will have to call customer service. And yes, it's crappy.

what about deleateing old gamertags so that an email addy doesnt applie to it casu my curent email has been aplied to my old gamertag.
