Can you buy just one issue of Game Informer or do you have to subscribe?

The reason I ask is because I went to Game Stop and they said I had to subscribe. But I seem to remember being able to purchase single issues. Does anyone know if you can still do that or if they've changed it?

I doubt that it's subscription only, they were probably just trying to get more money out of you.

Makes more sense to subscribe anyway. Single issue is $5.99 USD. Subscribe through Gamestop: $15 USD which includes a one year subscription of GI and one year of benefits of the Edge card(10% off used games, etc.)
