can you delete achievements on the Xbox 360

i recently got rid of a couple games and the achievements are still on my 360 and i wanted to know if there was a way to get rid of them?

plus dont they take up a lot of space on the hard drive :(

They take up next to nothing when it comes to space

Your achievements are a list of all your 360 activity, think of it as your permanent record

Have we got some games you are a shamed of over here. :o 'just pulling the strings'

but no their is no 'legal' way of removing achievements I'm sorry to say

Yes very simple - My Xbox - System Settings - Memory - Select your 'Hard Drive' - under 'Games' will have your saves

Don't delete your saves. They take up such an insignificant amount of memory that there is no point.
