I don't think they can suspend you for team killing. if the game lets you , then it should be completely fair play to do.

About complaints, I think microsoft waits until they know you have done something worse than team killing before taking any action on complaints.

You should be safe, and never get suspended, so betray away.

And BTW, I've personally done it myself, If you piss me off enuff to warrent me spending my time getting you banned, I send a message to all my friends telling them to complain against you, and for them to pass it on to thier friends etc. within a week with enuff follow up and yeah i check up on youre name and gues what?

In fact its happened to me before and i rarely mouth anybody off and i dont team kill and i guess i pissed of some gay clan by annihilating them and they did it to me.

instead of being a punk and filing complaints on people that team kill you, why dont you killem back? and if thats doesnt succeed then he or she is better than you.

I don't believe MS can ban you.
However, IW can. There was a well known COD4 TK'er who was banned just from playing COD4. But, he TK'd a lot. A LOT! So, I'm sure you could easily get away with TK'ing everyonce in a while, with no consequence.

i was playing graw 2 last week and some guy got angry at me cuz i was supposedly stealling his kills. i was in the same area ( not the same spot) for most of the match and just shot anyone who went by. he came up behind me and shot me, as soon as i respawned hes like " i said dont steal my kills". i didnt say anything back, and after a few minutes, near the end of the game exacted my revenge and shot him. he was just sitting in front of the other teams spawn. i was at least giving the other team a chance to move. what an a-hole, cause he wanted to seem like awesome cause he can stand in front of a spawn and kill other ppl.

sorry if i got away from the topic, but its a game and when you're playing as a team isnt the goal for you're team to win? especially on an unranked game. you're stats don't accumulate so who cares if you have 25 instead of 28 kills. and its not like i was doing it on purpose, if i was. i couldnt see this guy and was just shooting anyone who came near.

I love how despite all the replies to this thread, you are completely avoiding any that ask you WHY you were TKing. If I had to take a guess....I would say it's because you suck too much to kill the people on the other team.Essian

Spot on. I want to enjoy the game the way it was meant to be played. Not have to worry about someone who is on my team shotting me in the back as well as fighting the opposing team. Just ruins the whole expereince for me.

If i wanted to state a comeback i'd get modded. Anyway i was curious to see if he'd believe me about getting permabanned on Gamespot. The point was to say a dumb thing and see if he'd believe it. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that. If he believed he could get permabanned for TKing why not on Gamespot as well?

78% avoidance rate cause i basically good and i talk smack and little kids cant handle it. I had a 78% avoidance and i didnt get banned, ur a jacka** if you actually think 1 stupid kid on xbox live can get u banned

Whenever someone tk's me, I get all my friends which are playing with me file complaint on him just to be jack ass's for in-game communication which is really hard to prove wrong :P
