Are you using WEP or WPA encryption? If not, at least turn on WEP. WPA is better though. Either that or turn on MAC address filtering. I'm sure there is something that can tell who what is on your network. I have no idea what that would be though.
any decent anti virus will tell you. I have Trend Micro 2007 and it will scan the network automatically and if any unknown machine is detected it pops up and tells you in a list, which includes the mac address so that you can block it. Other than that there is a couple programs about that will scan your network for you, and also pick up other ppls networks. Also another thing to think of. It may not be that someone is "war driving" your wireless network, more that someone else may have a network and both your wireless AP's are broadcasting on the same channel which is causing some interference.
