Ive copy and pasted this from my post on the official xbox forums, im hoping someone here can help me out.

Im currently trying to cancel my xbox live subscription.

Before all the haters come along, i sold my xbox a couple of months back for a Ps3. I done this because i wasnt playing xbox and i wanted a blue ray player/free online gaming.

My renewal has just came through and its been payed because i used my card last year. I go to my account on xbox.com and i cant change it so that automatic renewal is off. I cant get on an Xbox console to turn it off and i cant take the card off my account because its linked to a subscription.

Ive just spent the last half hour on the phone to microsoft themselves, (02073659792) and the people/useless muppets over in India or wherever on earth they are based couldnt find my account information on their system and were about as much help as a slap on the ***.

As you can imagine, im quite annoyed at the fact i have just forked out £40 for something im not going to use, and by the looks of things im going to have to do it next year too.

Anyone got any ideas?

Try here. I reached that page via a link on billing.microsoft.com which you could also try.
