cant connect or sign in to xbox love

i cant connect to xbox live ive been trying and trying but i cant.

this started yesterday... i was playing halo3 in a custom cuz i coudlnt get on cod4 for some reason and then all of a sudden i get signed out and i cant get back on because of the dns and when i finally figured out the dns it failed on xbox live then i switched the router and i could get on but it would sign me out everytime id get on a game so i switched the router back to the normal one but its faiing xbox live stage so i switched to this one and its failing xbox live stage

someone help me!

It could be your set up or ISP. I haven't had any Xbox live problems and I erm... accidently left my 360 running for over 30 hours (Yeah, I'm killing the planet, sue me)
