Ok, IM 17 and im from New York. And the law is that you are not allowed to buy and leave the store with a M rated game in hands unless you show proper ID. But they never said anything about pre-ordering the damn thing. Im ok with showing ID or bringing some one to get the game with me if I will be leaving the store with it. But not being able to pre-order come on I could have gotten beer or CIGARETTES easier. Am I the only one pissed about this cause you cant pre-order Halo either.

Wth all do respect it was our generation where it all started, plus the creators are all around 26-35 for the most part, so i think that statement is very untrue
man here in sweden they dont even care, maybe in the stores idk. im 17 and when I preorder a game I just pick it up at the mail no questions asked. or I show my moms id (incase its written in here name)and theyre ok with that.
