Can't turn 360 on!

I was playing Splinter Cell: Double Agent when my 360 froze.

I thought "eh i'll just restart" turns out i was wrong.

Now my 360 won't turn back on.

But these three red lights come on.

Whats up?

Update: called MS told me to send it in

im waiting for the box now.

however i am able to turn on my 360 now

but it freezes 5 minutes later

(sometimes it does not even make it to the dashboard,

it just freezes as the 360 symbol comes on.

think i should still send it in?

it still does not work......

that creeped me before... but it didn't happen but you got a bad xbox...

you've gotta call in and tell them your xbox has 3 red lights and you have to send it back to the factory and they will give you a new one in probably couple weeks to a month

mine did exactly the same, froze in a game once, then would boot to dash but not games, then it would freeze on start up, then the 3 red rings.

there coming my friend just a matter of time,
