Castle Crashers is the one to pick in my opinion. I have both and found castle crashers vastly more enjoyable. You'll finish BC and probably not play it much after that. Castle Crashers is a riot and has great replay value.
Why do you guys like Castle Crashers so much, its gameplay is simple as hell with no depth, and extremely repetitive. It is a boring button masher at its core, with very little more. You just move around and mash on the attack button. Whereas in Bionic Commando you have to put thought into what you're doing.

Because its orginal and the art style is fantastic ...plus nothing like leveling up with your 3 other buddies and then maybe hitting the arena for some awesome magic and sword dueling also collecting weapons [ which there is more then 40 ] everything about it is awesome and it has loads of replay value , plus unlockable characters which are more then 20.

I wouldn't say it is original, it's a brawler, much like brawlers of the past. Whereas Bionic Commando is more original. The art isn't anything great, it looks like a flash game. The weapons are lame in that they all function in the same way, with little difference. The only thing it has going for it is multiplayer.
Try the demo's, personally I loved castle crashers more, it all boils down to preference, do you want a side scrolling shooter type game, or a golden axe esque RPG game?
