i was playing gears and these two kids kept telling me to send file complaints about their gamertag. is it true that if i get enough complaints they'll make me change my gamertag and it'll be free?

I believe OXM claimed that it is true But it probably wont work if: - Its not offensive - Your not getting harassed because of the name

Does your gamer score transfer too when changing your gamer tag?

I'm pretty sure in OXM they said they only make u change your gamertag if it has something inappropriate in it.
