change my gamertag

cant afford microsoft points what do i do my gamer tag is (Sgt Rattcoon) without the ( ) what do i do about changing it?

you need 800 MS points to make ANY changes to your GT

it's really stupid, i know

but sorry, you have to pay $10 to take that space out

i made the mistake of making all my letters capitals, no one can read it right...or they're just being stupid....but i dont' know why i can't at least change them from captials to lower cases for free

sigh, M$ just needs to have a "change your GT for free" day...ONE DAY of being able to change it at no cost
