How do I change my weapon on the fly? I know I can do it everytime I die in the organize screen, but if I want to change during the game how do I do it?

If you open the menu you'll notice that there are arrows on some of the squares. Put the weapon or item on this arrow and then you can use the corresponding direction on the d pad to bring it up on the fly. Hope this answers what you're asking : )

yeah. Changing weapons in RE5 is a lot better than RE4. I like the d-pad thing and the whole breifcase thing was weird. Also I like how it does not stop the game when you go to change your weapon. More intense that way.

Yep, that's why its best to use the corner slots to hold ammo or spare healing items.

What they said.

Also, be aware that you can equip an item directly from the inventory screen by simply pressing LT (or RT if you're using the Type A controls scheme). This means that instead of selecting "equip/give/discard" or whatever from the little drop-down menu, you can immediately close it with the trigger button and have it ready to throw, use or give to Sheva by pressing "B".

Also, you can move items around the inventory screen easily by "grabbing" and "releasing" them the X Button. Works like a charm!

Wow, really? That's pretty useful in tight situations. Thanks for that!
