2 has better story - 3 better multiplayer - i thought 2 had better graphics - 3s graphics seemed a bit cartoony - but theres more action in the third game on screen - but overall i prefered cod2 personally - but i dont know anyone who'll still play it - but there will be people that do - there always is!!!
I like Call of Duty 2's single player way more, but I loved Call of Duty 3 online. Both have great online though. If you want to buy one, get Call of Duty 2.
Everyone has their own point of view, I guess you should have made a poll. Also I've tried COD 3 but haven't tried COD 2 and will recommend that you just get both.
