i had call of duty 2 and i have call of duty 4 and i think theyre both GREAT. but i have never played call of duty 3. is it worth buying? and i probably wont be playing it online.

I didn't like COD 3. Seemed too linear for me (run to this building, go through this (and no other) door. Just seemed real hard to get "into" the roll. In fact, after an hour, I stopped playing it all together. Perhaps if you can find it around $15 give it a shot, otherwise hold off.

I enjoyed the Multiplayer ALOT its always fun blowing people away with Tanks:D single player was a bit of a disappointment to me but it was still fun. Im not sure the online community is now but im sure some still play it:D Id buy it again

Yeah get it, the mp is great, the problem though isn't that not enough ppl are playing it, it's that the matchmaking really blows. But when u get a game going it'll all be worth it.

I just started the single-player campaign yesterday. It's almost identical to Call of Duty 2 in every way, except you get some limited vehicular sequences. I think people were disappointed with the game because it was almost identical to 2.

Oh, the single player isn't as accomplished as cod2 but it's not as bad as alot of ppl on here will suggest.

it was best online so if you aren't playing online pass.

it was some of the most fun i have had in multiplayer.

I'd just pass on it. N one really still plays it online and the campaign felt like one giant path with enemies in it. Very linear but it did have some good mulitiplayer.

single player is awsome..if you play it on veteran,...also the check point are way too long, and the nazi and smarter than cod2 the find cover...hide and even and my best map is where the general gets killed by the bomb...tell nichols to go to hell...and it has a story...not like c02...problem is that you cant skip the stories...graphics are way,,,,way better than cod2..

single player...not very exciting.. its like CoD 2.5

mp...maybe but gets old soon
