The best sniper is the first one you get (forgot name). But its only the best for good snipers. A good sniper only needs one shot to take down his target (not thinking about jug). If you need a simi, you need to work on your shooting.

ALSO G3 and AK are the best AR's ever! M16 is for noobs....sry to break it to you.
