Doesn't seem very useful to me. It basically looks like a summary of the ingame statistics but with some subjectivity thrown in there, too. You should look for a weapons chart that is like the old Vegas 1 charts. If you are unfimilar with these charts, let me explain briefly.

Some guys tested all of the weapons in vegas 1 at various distances and then they recorded how many bullets it took to kill someone at different locations of the body. So, for example, they tested the AK-47 at 5meters, 10m, 15m, and 20m, and they found it takes 3 shots to the chest at 5m, 4 at 10m, 4.5 at 15m, and 5 at 20m. Then they did the same thing for the legs, arms, and heads.

Since there are more people playing CoD4 than any other game, there has to be a chart similar to the Vegas1 weapon charts. So look for it!
