yeah it does, due to the violent nature of the game and language, blood isn't that bad though. But now ah days people are so protective. Remember when you were ah kid and watched Loony Toons and daffy duck would come home drunk with his buddies! Yeah, don't see that in cartoons anymore! Drunkeness use to be funny, ( still kinda is ) but only funny in fictional stories.They don't make em' like they used too! But back to the game, yes it does deserve a M rating........
