COD MW 2 help

ive been playing COD mw 2 online and i cant ever get past 7 kill streaks so i cant ever get any cool kill streak rewards like pave low etc. anyone have any advice on what i can do to get kills easier without dieing? getting kills isnt the problem for on most matches im MVP at 20 kills and about 10 deaths the problem is not dieing *which is normally due to the fact i use P90 and on most levels i just get outranged by assault rifles* anyone have any advice? also does the attack helicopter kills count towards killstreak rewards?

use a assault rifle so you don't get out ranged. :) Or play a objective game and camp a busy intersection and don't go for the objective go for killing people going for the objective

work on your reaction time. you can run to the nearest highway and doge cars, ski down a hill full of trees, call a girl fat and dodge the slap and/or flying objects, and even go to a gun range and try to doge the bullets. all these simple tips will help you get a longer kill streek.

opt for sentry gun on your rewards then hide up (try using silencer and cold blooded)and as your kills tot up the better the rewards available. as for the attack heli, not sure.bumspitz

i ididnt think the sentry gun counted towards your kill streak rewards, but i could be wrong...i would just stick with the care package route, and the perk that i think its called cold blooded where it requires 1 less kill for kill streak rewards...that way you only need to get 3 kills and u get a crate, which sometimes gives you goodies...

other than that i would say use the m16, and dont camp...u will get like 3 kills but then someone knows where u are from the kill cam and they come find u, and camping is not fun, and for, well u know what im hinting at...i just take it slow and when coming up to a corner i bring my gun up, and look around it...u usually find someone just running towards you, and by then they dont have a chance

deadbeat, the perk you are reffering to is called hardline. ;)

And to the OP, I used to be in your situation, but as I kept playing I've gotten a lot more adept. I know the maps and know where people are going to go so I can intercept them, and I've found out which spots work for me and which don't.

Using a wide variety of weapons so that you have the perfect fit for each scenario is key too. My current killstreak rewards are predator missile, harrier strike, and AC-130. I can pretty much count on getting an AC-130 every couple of rounds. I would like to go after some nukes, but I'm trying to get AC-130 challenges done for the cool itles and emblems.

thanks for all the help to all whom posted, just got my highest record yet of 29 kills 2 assists 5 deaths with my new favorite gun the FAL, though ill likely replace when i can use the M16

Best advice is to research perks that best fit your strengths. Are you a run and gun type player or a strategic-ambush type of guy. Best tactic to learn is what a lot of haters call, "camping." Truth is, to amass a good killstreak, you have to camp, or like I call it, patiently ambush the opponent. Do not engage in battles where the odds are against you. (I.E.- running out in an open field knowing a sniper is watching or engaging 2 opponents at once.) A good player is a smart player. That means, low deaths and high kills. Camping is a TACTIC and who cares what people think about how you get kills. Best of luck and play patiently and work off your strengths.
